wherein information is given about this most worthy cause

he Saint Ives Historical Society welcomes your participation in our book fund, which helps schools and libraries with donations of books on all eras of history. We accept books on all subjects, which are sorted into those which can be donated directly and those which can be taken to used bookstores and exchanged for appropriate books of history and biography. No more than five percent will be donated to our own library, which is made available to members, scholars, reenactors, and historians.

Individuals and institutions are invited to give grants for the purpose of placing new or used books and other educational materials in Southern California classrooms.

For information on how to participate, please write to our business office at:

One hundred per cent of all donations goes to book purchases and other educational purposes, except for the small percentage which goes to shipping and transportation costs of materials.
